Hello everyone. We have recently moved from Wiesbaden to Mainz and we were looking for a Vet closer to our new home. Searched online and found this Vet office on 5 minute walking distance. Made an appointment for a first contact and couldn't be happier about my choice. Everyone on the stuff is very friendly and welcoming. The Vet, Mrs Rüst is amazing. Easy to talk to, very friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Vet who knows what they are doing.
I am very satisfied with the practice. My cats always receive loving and competent care there. Both the veterinarian and the veterinary assistants are friendly, empathetic, and take their time. Personally, I have only had positive experiences and cannot confirm the sometimes critical reviews based on my own experience. The bills have always been transparent and fair for me. I feel well cared for there and will continue to bring my cats to the practice.
