Very friendly atmosphere. He is sweet with the animals and can calm them easily. The prices are OK too.
I had my two cats neutered here and I'm very happy with the experience. The veterinary assistant was incredibly empathetic and friendly – you could immediately tell how much she loves animals and how important their well-being is to her. The veterinarian himself was also friendly, approachable, and took his time. The procedures went very well, the stitches healed perfectly and without any problems… there were absolutely no complications. Overall, I felt my cats and I were in very good hands here! Thank you so much to the whole team!
I've been there with my dog and later with my two cats. I can highly recommend this practice. My first visit was an emergency, and my dog was diagnosed with an illness for the first time. The vet even took the time to contact our regular vet and report the results. All my animals were always in the best hands here; their needs were met, and I was always well-informed. Lately, even my young daughter was warmly included when she accompanied me to the appointments. Dr. Julier-Franz always recognized connections we wouldn't have considered and helped our cat, who constantly suffered from watery eyes. The assistants are also incredibly helpful and courteous. I'm very sorry that I can no longer visit this vet due to a move.
Nothing positive to say. Very unpleasant and only after money. I called about my cat, whom I'd taken to the vet a long time ago. He had an accident and is now in a lot of pain, but they simply turned him away. Why? Apparently because we haven't been paying them regularly. They justified it by saying they didn't know the cat's health condition 😂 Even though I told them he's perfectly healthy and had this accident!
We had never been patients of Dr. Christian Julier-Franz's veterinary practice before, but we had to come in on a Sunday evening as an absolute emergency because our family dog needed to be euthanized. After just a brief phone call, we were asked to come in immediately. Upon arrival, we were able to go straight into the examination room. Dr. Julier-Franz reacted very quickly and administered anesthesia to our dog immediately so he wouldn't suffer any longer. We had never met before, yet he treated us with great sensitivity. He gave us the time to say goodbye in peace and provided us with compassionate support during this difficult time. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Julier-Franz. Thank you so much for your dignified and compassionate care.
