Very good service. My dog is a bit nervous around people but this place is very understanding about how she is and also provides very good and helpful service. The waiting room is big enough that I can usually take my dog to a private corner of it to make sure she doesn’t get upset by the presence of other dogs, and the doctors and assistants are very understanding of the fact that she is an anxious dog and try to make her feel more comfortable with them in addition to providing veterinary services. Definitely one of the best vets I’ve dealt with!

They are super friendly and helpful. I visited there for the 2nd vaccination of my kitten Maya and I will definetely keep going there. There is also a parking lot which is a great benefit.

I went to get a deworming pill for my dog which is necessary for going to the UK. I had been there twice previously as well as in other countries, and paid €8 for the pill, given by the nurse. On my last visit, the waiting room was empty, and the vet decided to give my dog a visit and looked through is paperwork which I hadn’t asked for. I had also had to wait for him for 15 while he was on a cigarette break. He had the audacity to charge me £40 euros for looking at my dog and flipping through his passport. I refused to make the payment and showed the 2 other stamps in his passport for which I had paid €8. I don’t doubt the quality of the care, but I don’t want to deal with that kind of dishonesty.

I used to be very happy with this vet and would have given him 5 Stars. However, now that my dog slowly reaches the end of his journey, I needed an appointment to get a quick check-out regarding some pain medication. Nooe, no appointment available on short notice. They told me I should go to another vet or in an emergency to a clinic. C'mon, seriously? I now need to find a new vet, fill out all the new patient paperwork, explain my dogs medical history to the new vet, etc, etc... I find this pretty disappointing. My dog too. We would have expected a bit more humanity :-(
