I usually go to a different vet, but I had to go here to the emergency service last night due to an emergency. My kitten had badly injured herself, losing a lot of blood in a very short time. She received prompt treatment – ​​appropriate to the situation – and acted quickly (stitching a deep cut on her paw). They also considered potential complications, so the healing process went smoothly. Since the bandage was removed, the patient is back to her old self and is running around the apartment as if nothing had happened. 🐱

Today we (unfortunately) had to use the emergency vet service because our dog Milo was stung by a bee. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival at the clinic. The veterinarian was not only extremely competent but also incredibly kind, empathetic, and quick in her treatment. Milo immediately felt comfortable, was brave, and didn't even notice the injection. He even told us how we could help him get off the table in a way that protected our backs. He also received many loving compliments, which was heartwarming not only for him but also for us as his owners. I would especially like to highlight the clear and helpful advice we received. You can immediately tell that the veterinarian works with a great deal of expertise, experience, and, above all, heart. Thank you so much for the wonderful care on a Sunday; we felt completely at ease!

Our first cat's spaying went completely smoothly, thank you! Unlike our current little darling 😔. She licked the incision raw. We got an appointment right away, and the sore area was professionally treated, thus avoiding another surgery, for which we are very grateful! We are happy that we have two such friendly and competent veterinarians nearby for our little ones.

I would advise against going here. I took my two-year-old dog there because he had a small lump on his testicle. The vet glanced at it and, without palpating or any other examination, said, "Yes, that's a testicular tumor; they're usually benign." He then told me that the only way to be sure would be to neuter him and remove the tumor. When he realized that neutering (unless medically necessary) wasn't really my plan, he seemed very annoyed and went on to list all the advantages of neutering (without listening to whether it would be suitable for my dog ​​in terms of behavior, etc.). I subsequently went to a specialist who was skeptical from the start that it was a tumor and questioned why such a diagnosis was made by visual inspection. After palpation and ultrasound, a tumor was thankfully ruled out. So, I would give zero stars if I could... Making diagnoses without an examination and based solely on a snapshot (and then, at best, operating) is completely unacceptable.

Don't go there under any circumstances! Our cat was mistreated. He was given antibiotics for kidney failure because he thought it was a cold. In the end, it got worse and worse, and any chance of treating his kidneys was ruined by the unnecessary antibiotics.
