Absolutely pathetic... what has become of us that you can be turned away by a doctor simply because they're not accepting new patients? You have to make an appointment anyway. So what difference does it make whether you're a new or existing patient? As if doctors reward you with loyalty bonuses. Germany is a service wasteland.
