For us, she's the best veterinarian in the Berlin area. She's extremely competent, takes her time, and listens to all the concerns horse owners have. Above all, she explains everything in detail and involves you in every decision. Anyone who thinks Dr. Reichelt is too "harsh" or "verbally overwhelms" people should perhaps examine themselves. I've never experienced this with her before. She clearly explains what's going on, what's acceptable, and what's not. I really appreciate her honesty. She's a leading figure in her field. I wouldn't let anyone else do it! Highly recommended, both professionally and personally.

I'd give zero stars if I could! Never before have I been so verbally attacked and humiliated in front of the other boarders by a veterinarian! I simply asked some clarifying questions, to which I received disrespectful answers, such as, quote: "Why are you all so slow on the uptake?" Finally, she brought in another boarder, and I had to listen to her telling me that I didn't have the necessary money for the treatment and wouldn't pay the bills. (It was her first time seeing me and my horse that day.) In the end, she said that we didn't click and that she wouldn't treat my horse. I'm simply speechless!
