We arrived with our horse at 1 a.m. as an emergency case. We were received warmly, competently, and professionally, and treated immediately. A fantastic team, an excellent surgeon, and exceptionally caring staff for our horse during its 14 days of inpatient care. An absolutely recommendable clinic that does a great job, is considerate, and also conveys the necessary calmness to the owners. Many thanks from Jay and family!

Unfortunately, I have to say that the animal clinic is no longer what it once was. The manager is still very competent, incredibly knowledgeable, and very empathetic. Hence the 2 stars. Otherwise, it would only be one. By the time you get an appointment for a small animal, it's already too late. The receptionists far exceed their authority and are so unfriendly that things can't get any better. Mistakes are simply ignored, and the animal in poor condition is sent to another clinic, even though the treatment here was botched (and not by the manager). There is no diagnostics for small animals if you end up with the wrong people, no call back to schedule an appointment, and no help in acute life-threatening situations. Our animal would have died a miserable death if the super-kind vets at another clinic hadn't treated him in exemplary fashion. I would never set foot in this practice again, even if the expertise was there. When you have small animals, you can't make as much money, that's the way it is. My advice: go somewhere else. We're not alone; exactly one week later, a friend and her cat had the same experience. The prices are also outrageous for what's being done.
