We arrived with our horse at 1 a.m. as an emergency case. We were received warmly, competently, and professionally, and treated immediately. A fantastic team, an excellent surgeon, and exceptionally caring staff for our horse during its 14 days of inpatient care. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the veterinary clinic – especially to Ms. Lewe. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Joschi last Sunday. During this incredibly difficult time, Ms. Lewe was there for us on call – and we couldn't have wished for more compassionate support. With extraordinary empathy, calm, and dignity, she accompanied Joschi and us on his final journey. She took her time, was loving in her approach, and made us feel that we were not alone in that moment. For this, we are eternally grateful. Dear Ms. Lewe, thank you for your humanity, your compassion, and your care during one of the most difficult hours of our lives.
