Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. On the Monday before Easter, I took my 18-year-old cat, who suffered from kidney failure, to the vet. My cat had gained weight and her paws were swollen. After the examination, the vet said my cat was dehydrated and that everything was normal and fine. She even gave me some tablets for her kidney failure. On Thursday, I contacted the practice again because my cat was meowing a lot and wasn't using her litter box anymore. The response was: she might have a bladder infection and be suffering from dementia. I should turn on a nightlight. On Saturday, she barely wanted to eat or drink. On the Tuesday after Easter, I called the practice and said that my cat should finally be put down and was given an appointment for 3:00 PM. We couldn't keep it because she died at 10:00 AM that morning. I repeatedly emphasized that my cat shouldn't suffer, and now she has died in such agony. Simply awful and sad.

We are very impressed with the practice. Our furry friends feel understood and very well cared for. Thank you. The price-performance ratio is also excellent.

I switched to Dr. Contzen about two years ago and I'm more than satisfied. I had my cat neutered there; he's unfortunately not an easy patient, but she handled it wonderfully! I also took my second cat to her and I find her empathy amazing. I feel incredibly well cared for! She was also spayed today, and she did a fantastic job. My cat is doing great! There's no long wait for appointments, appointments are quick, and what I especially appreciate is that when I bring my cats, we don't have to wait with the dogs, which is a huge plus! The team is super friendly, and I always enjoy coming back! Best regards from us ❤️

We are visiting Ms. Contzen with our grandma Zoey and are very satisfied. She accompanies us through Zoey's senior years with compassion and patience, as if she were her own dog. I have great trust in her and feel in excellent hands, even at a time when tears can sometimes shed. The entire team is simply pleasant. We will continue to choose this practice as our veterinarian.
