I can only give 5 stars... Dr. Diehl and Dr. Härtel were always friendly and honest, and always had an open ear for all our questions. Leni, our setter, had mammary cancer and had to have two surgeries. All the veterinary assistants were always very kind to Leni. We were allowed to stay until Leni was asleep and could always be with her again quickly. Dr. Härtel was also always available to discuss further treatment. We never felt rushed or pressured during any of our conversations. We always felt very well cared for. So, I can only say thank you so much for your empathy.
