A reliable place for decades. My parents used to bring our dogs and cats here, and we've been coming here for years too. Bin is now the daughter taking over the practice and is also making a great impression. A very empathetic and friendly practice!

I've been coming to this practice with my dog for four years – and I've been completely satisfied from the start. The welcome is always warm, understanding, and friendly; you immediately feel like you're in good hands. I'd particularly like to emphasize Dr. Jäger's empathy: With a great deal of patience, great foresight, and impressive skills, she handles not only "classic" cases, but also more complex situations – like my dog with babesiosis, which was not a typical case. Her calm, clear manner provides reassurance – and the feeling of being truly seen and taken seriously. I am very grateful for this care and wholeheartedly recommend the practice with 5 stars+!

I highly recommend Dr. Jäger's small animal practice. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and helpful to the animals and their owners. Dr. Jäger's knowledge is broad, ranging from traditional veterinary medicine to homeopathy and bioresonance.

It's a shame that Dr. Jäger doesn't practice often, or even doesn't practice at all, due to health reasons. Our dog was initially treated by her, and then, for certain reasons, her daughter and various substitutes took over. And even though I had described it in detail and suddenly showed a video of the dog's heavy breathing and coughing a lot, the animal wasn't even x-rayed. The man only prescribed painkillers and antibiotics. And that continued for two months. I then took the dog on vacation in the hope that his breathing would improve, which unfortunately didn't happen. We returned on Sunday and went to another vet on Monday. There, the dog was immediately x-rayed, and, shockingly, it was discovered that the animal had terminal cancer. Unfortunately, we had to put the dog down because the cancer was beyond treatment. Unfortunately, I have to say that I have found a new vet for my second dog. I believe my animal is no longer in good hands and well-cared for at Dr. Jäger's practice.
