We have come to this practice, because they offered the vaccination that I wanted. Shortly after the vaccination the cat got sick with pneumonia, so we came again to the vet. He said that the cat is nearly dying, which was weird for me, because he started feeling bad one day, the other I went to see the vet and he was already dying after one day? But ok, I was inexperienced, I just got the kitten I thought I’d listen to a professional. My cat was fed with tones of antibiotics and no probiotics were advised. Once the cat was ok in terms of lungs, I noticed something weird with the eye, which was 5 days after the last visit. The doctor said it’s keratitis, I’ve spent hundreds of euros to cure a disease that my cat doesn’t have. He was treated for 3 months for a wrong disease, last time the vet even told me the eye is perfectly fine. I had to persuade the doctor to see that the eye was not healthy. So I went to another vet. And another. And another. My cat has uveitis which can lead to complete loss of sight, I hope it is still not too late considering the time we wasted with this vet, not even mentioning that he wanted to cut and close the eye for some time. The eye that he said was fine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ben and his team. When our cat was in acute distress one evening, Dr. Ben acted immediately and did everything he could to help him quickly and competently. Thanks to his swift intervention and expertise, our little cat had the best possible chance of surviving this critical situation. We were especially touched by the loving care provided by Dr. Ben and his wife. They both tenderly cared for our cat and supported us with great empathy, patience, and compassion during this difficult time. You can immediately tell that working with animals isn't just a job for them, but a true calling. Such heart, care, and love for animals are rare indeed. Thank you so much for your tireless dedication and the outstanding care you gave our little fighter! ❤️🐾
