A truly fantastic practice! After the veterinary clinic kept us waiting for about two hours on Saturday afternoon, with no indication of when we would be seen, our dog started feeling better and we went home. Then came Saturday evening, it was almost 10:30 pm, and we realized that our dog had suddenly become more ill than ever before. Luckily, the clinic had given us a list of emergency veterinary practices. We were greeted warmly, openly, empathetically, and professionally by everyone present, even at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. Ms. Friedrichs took her time with the examination, explained her observations in detail, and gave us her advice. Above all, we didn't get the feeling that anything was being done to inflate the bill (X-rays, etc.). The bill was also reasonable for an emergency in the middle of the night. While we hope we won't need it, we would definitely return if we had an emergency.

I've rarely experienced such an incredibly wonderful team and competent veterinarian. They are excellent both personally and professionally. My dog ​​loves going there and is always happy to see all the staff again. Especially as a first-time dog owner, they give lots of helpful tips. Thank you so much for the very positive experience for both dog and owner.

My giant schnauzer, Fritz, always happily arrives at the practice because the entire team treats him with such kindness and empathy. Dr. Penner helped him with a rare autoimmune disease, looking beyond conventional or veterinary medicine and finding dedicated solutions. The benefits and risks of procedures or medications are carefully weighed, and the advice is always excellent. The team of assistants is also very competent, helpful, and always has a nice anecdote to share. Since Fritz has been treated here, he's doing very well, and as his owner, I feel confident that he's in competent and trustworthy hands.

Our Quini is cared for by a competent, friendly, and experienced team with so much dedication that we feel completely comfortable and in the best hands. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to any pet owner!
