I've rarely experienced such an incredibly great team and such a competent vet. They're very good both personally and professionally. My dog loves going there and is always happy to see all the staff. Especially as a first-time dog owner, they give many helpful tips. Thank you for the very positive experience for both dog and owner.

Our three senior cats are being treated exceptionally well there, and the staff are very kind and friendly to both them and us. We are very satisfied!

A truly fantastic practice! After the veterinary clinic kept us waiting for about two hours on Saturday afternoon, with no indication of when we would be seen, our dog started feeling better and we went home. Then came Saturday evening, it was almost 10:30 pm, and we realized that our dog had suddenly become more ill than ever before. Luckily, the clinic had given us a list of emergency veterinary practices. We were greeted warmly, openly, empathetically, and professionally by everyone present, even at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. Ms. Friedrichs took her time with the examination, explained her observations in detail, and gave us her advice. Above all, we didn't get the feeling that anything was being done to inflate the bill (X-rays, etc.). The bill was also reasonable for an emergency in the middle of the night. While we hope we won't need it, we would definitely return if we had an emergency.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Ariel Böhler Veterinary Practice! My little Missy had her first vaccination today, and even though I was very nervous myself, everyone cared for her with such love and understanding that we immediately felt at ease. Missy handled it brilliantly—it was almost as if she were going back voluntarily. I'm truly happy and grateful that we were taken in here. ❤️🐾
