Even though our darling didn't enjoy the treatment, he was in the best hands with his bladder infection. Ms. Gemmer and her team are very competent, always very kind, and exceptionally fond of the animals. They don't always have it easy with us "fur parents."

Our dog Winni was a patient of Ms. Gemmer for five years. I greatly appreciated her professional expertise, her attentive listening, her honesty, and the exchange of experiences. Sadly, we had to let our 15-year-old dog cross the Rainbow Bridge. Ms. Gemmer supported us with great empathy during this difficult time.
