Professionality, competence and availability all at once
Herr Neumann is truly a dedicated animal doctor. Gave all his time every Termin we had there. A big plus is his willing to speak english for people who don’t speak german. Is an amazing person with a big heart! Not at last the girls from receptions, every time helps us, when we had emergency they made all possible we get Termin in that day. Very understandfull for my dog situation that only can eat the Vet Concept line of food, they order everytime for him. Very helpfull and friendly team! ❤️🙏👏
