I received a very warm welcome here when I needed a new vet for my cat, as my previous one was retiring. I received a very thorough consultation and examination of my cat. She also tolerated the medication very well. Most importantly, it worked quite effectively.

Both my dogs and my rabbits have always received excellent treatment from Ms. Heil. Even in difficult situations, I always received sound advice and felt well supported! If I still lived nearby, I wouldn't go to any other veterinarian!

We wanted to bring our dog in for vaccinations because our vet was on vacation. We were told over the phone that we should come during the open consultation hours between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. When we arrived, we were sent away with the words: "See your vet's locum!" Thanks. This information could have been given to us over the phone. The staff there needs better training, and friendliness would also be nice. We can't rate the vet because we didn't see her at all.

We visited the veterinary practice today for the first time with our two furry friends. And we can only say: - Super friendly and empathetic staff And the owner - Excellent care and advice for the animals - Takes plenty of time for questions and answers - The price is also right All in all, we were very satisfied and will definitely go there again in the future.

At first everything was fine, but the more often I went, the more unfriendly the reception became. Every single time I went, I always had to wait longer than two hours, and every time I waited, I heard other customers say, "Wow, it's really busy today." I went during the week as well as on weekends, at different times, and I don't understand why I always had to wait so long. However, I must commend the vet; she is very patient and takes her time with the animals.
