What makes a good veterinarian/veterinary practice? I ask myself this question both personally and in my advisory capacity regarding my work in animal welfare. In my opinion, it comes down to the following points: The animal's well-being should be paramount; regular continuing education to stay up-to-date is also very important; empathy towards both animals and humans, as well as good consultations, are essential. Something else that shouldn't be underestimated is the ability to know one's own limitations and, in specific cases, to refer patients to other qualified colleagues. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. With Dr. Robra and her team, I've noticed all of these points so far, which is why I've felt well cared for with both my own cats and the cats I foster for several years now. I always recommend her, and through close collaboration with many rescue cats, some with complex diagnoses, I've also been able to learn a great deal myself. I'm truly grateful for that. When my cat Feivel was very lethargic after his dental surgery before Christmas, I called Dr. Robra even called on Christmas Eve to ask how he was doing. I think that just shows how important the patients and their owners are to her and the entire team. Here's to many more such wonderful and enriching collaborations. Marlit from the Seelenkatzen e.V. team ☺️

Highly recommended. We feel very well cared for and advised here. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Restroom available, all staff members are incredibly friendly and sensitive. Most importantly, though: the animal's well-being is truly prioritized. My cats are usually not thrilled about being brought in for checkups or similar appointments. However, here they take ample time and answer all questions. I especially appreciate the "wrapping technique" used for blood draws, etc. It's much better than simply holding the animal down. We are so glad we discovered this practice and wish the entire team all the best! 🍀

The best veterinary practice we know! We've been going there for three years and have always felt very well cared for. The vets are always top-notch, explain things clearly and patiently, are very empathetic with the animals, and take plenty of time for each patient. They don't try to sell you unnecessary things, and all the staff are super friendly and always find a solution in an emergency

A truly outstanding practice that we can wholeheartedly recommend! Upon entering, you immediately notice the high-quality and modern equipment. From the devices to the treatment rooms, everything is more reminiscent of a state-of-the-art clinic than a traditional veterinary practice. At the same time, the decor is very tasteful, warm, and inviting, creating a pleasant and calming atmosphere – for both people and animals. Our Labrador was there for a root canal treatment with tooth preservation, which was performed under general anesthesia with an anesthesia team. The thorough, understandable, and honest explanation beforehand was all the more impressive. All options were explained transparently, including the chances of success, risks, and aftercare. You immediately notice that they don't just rush things here, but treat each patient individually and with great care. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and highly professional. They take plenty of time for both the animal and the owner. Every question, no matter how small, is answered patiently, without any time pressure or feeling like a nuisance. The calm and respectful way they interact with the animals is particularly noteworthy. Our dog was treated with great care and sensitivity, and it's clear that the animal's well-being is their top priority. The organization, aftercare, and communication were also exemplary. You're not left on your own; you receive clear information for the period following the treatment and always feel like you have a competent contact person. We're certain: When it comes to specialized veterinary dentistry, we would choose this practice again without hesitation. Top-notch expertise combined with exceptional warmth and friendliness – a rare combination. Highly recommended!
