I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Robra for about six years now, and I simply want to express my sincere gratitude. Lately, due to various health issues my dogs have had, I've been in frequent contact with the practice – sometimes even several times a week. Throughout this time, I've consistently witnessed the immense time, patience, and dedication that Dr. Robra and Dr. Creemer, who primarily treated my dogs, as well as the entire practice team, invest in their work. Of course, in medicine – neither for humans nor animals – things are always perfect. Even veterinarians sometimes reach their limits. But it's precisely in these situations that I see how good a practice truly is. And here, I've always felt that my animals are taken seriously, that time is taken, and that every effort is made to help. I was particularly impressed by the fact that help was provided even outside of regular hours – the phone was answered, I wasn't left alone with my worries, and I was always taken care of. Of course, help was always available outside of regular hours. I have two dogs with very different health issues, and I feel incredibly well cared for here, both professionally and personally. For me, the animals are clearly the priority – not quick profits. Many thanks to the entire team for their support, patience, and kindness 💜 Unfortunately, that's not something you can take for granted these days.

A truly outstanding practice that we can wholeheartedly recommend! Upon entering, you immediately notice the high-quality and modern equipment. From the devices to the treatment rooms, everything is more reminiscent of a state-of-the-art clinic than a traditional veterinary practice. At the same time, the decor is very tasteful, warm, and inviting, creating a pleasant and calming atmosphere – for both people and animals. Our Labrador was there for a root canal treatment with tooth preservation, which was performed under general anesthesia with an anesthesia team. The thorough, understandable, and honest explanation beforehand was all the more impressive. All options were explained transparently, including the chances of success, risks, and aftercare. You immediately notice that they don't just rush things here, but treat each patient individually and with great care. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, empathetic, and highly professional. They take plenty of time for both the animal and the owner. Every question, no matter how small, is answered patiently, without any time pressure or feeling like a nuisance. The calm and respectful way they interact with the animals is particularly noteworthy. Our dog was treated with great care and sensitivity, and it's clear that the animal's well-being is their top priority. The organization, aftercare, and communication were also exemplary. You're not left on your own; you receive clear information for the period following the treatment and always feel like you have a competent contact person. We're certain: When it comes to specialized veterinary dentistry, we would choose this practice again without hesitation. Top-notch expertise combined with exceptional warmth and friendliness – a rare combination. Highly recommended!

A truly exceptional veterinary practice! We've been taking our three dogs there for many years and have felt very well cared for from the very first moment. The entire team is incredibly friendly, calm, respectful, and treats the animals with great affection – they provide very patient and empathetic care. It's particularly noteworthy that they always take plenty of time for both people and animals. Three times, their expertise has extended the lives of my dogs: expert guidance and referral for a CT scan (spleen tumor), diagnosis of Addison's disease (our dog was initially diagnosed elsewhere with tonsillitis), and, beyond the norm, expert guidance and advice regarding ADHD. Everything is explained clearly, all questions are answered thoroughly, and you never feel rushed. You immediately realize that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority! The practice itself is also very clean, modern, and well-organized. Appointments are kept reliably, and you feel truly valued as a pet owner. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful care of our dogs – we are truly happy to have found this practice and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

What characterizes a good veterinarian/veterinary practice? I ask myself this question both personally and in the advisory context regarding my work in animal welfare. In my opinion, the following points apply: The welfare of the animal should be the top priority. I also consider regular training to always be up to date. Empathy towards animals and humans and good advice are important. What should not be underestimated: the ability to know your own limits and, in special cases, to refer to other qualified colleagues. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. I have noticed all of the points mentioned with Dr. Robra and her team, which is why I have felt in good hands with both my private cats and the foster cats for several years. I always recommend her and, through the close collaboration with many animal welfare cats, some of whom had complicated diagnoses, I have also been able to learn a lot myself. I am truly grateful for that. When my cat Feivel was initially very weak after his dental surgery before Christmas, Dr. Robra even called on Christmas Eve to ask how he was doing. I think things like that just show how important the patients and owners are to her and the entire team. Here's to a continued, wonderful and enriching collaboration. Marlit from Seelenkatzen e.V. Team ☺️
