Koller Anke Dr. med. vet. Tierarzt

I took our Aussie to Dr. Koller on Saturday evening as an emergency and didn't have to wait a minute. The dog had neurological symptoms due to walnut poisoning. Her calm, competent manner had a positive influence on both dog and owner. Despite the limited information I was able to provide, she made the correct diagnosis and acted accordingly. All the possible consequences were pointed out and explained to me. For a short time, it looked as if we were going to lose Sally... but she made it through and is back to her old self after three days. We are very grateful for the quick help and can say: it was worth every euro!!!

Due to the health reasons of our long-time veterinarian, we had to find a new one, and as is often the case, we were initially unsure. But our instincts were right. Dr. Koller is an empathetic, straightforward, and open veterinarian. She gave us thorough advice, immediately recognized our dog's problem, and has been a great help. We thank her, also on behalf of our dog, and are happy to have a new veterinarian we can trust.

I brought my cat to her with a car accident. The advice I received regarding treatment was incredibly unempathetic and unprofessional. I wasn't allowed to bring anyone with me, even though I wasn't even 18 yet. I was pressured so much about whether I wanted to have my cat euthanized or take further steps to save her. With a terrible conscience, I decided on euthanasia, and afterwards she even said it was the right decision. Before making that decision, though, I was apparently considered a bad person for even considering euthanasia. Because it was an emergency (there was no one else at the practice at the time), the whole thing cost me over €200. She only started the treatment after I had made my decision, and until then, my cat had to suffer in agony. There was no pain management available until euthanasia. This all happened four years ago, but it left a really deep and lasting mark on me!

I visited Dr. Koller for the first time on Saturday. Our Labrador had been suffering from diarrhea (sometimes bloody) for two days. He had stopped eating and drinking. I had already taken him to another vet the day before, but despite two injections, there was absolutely no improvement. Dr. Koller examined our dog and administered, among other things, cortisone and antibiotics. About three hours later, the diarrhea had completely stopped, and our dog was already feeling much better. After a follow-up treatment today, Monday (another dose of antibiotics), he's already back to his old self, as if he'd never been sick. We were incredibly worried about him for those two days. Dr. Koller treated him very competently and successfully. I'm so glad she also has appointments on Saturdays; otherwise, we probably would have had no other option than the veterinary university in Hanover. Thank you again, Dr. Koller.
