We have been treating our animals at this practice since 2011. First, Dr. Abele, now Drs. Fecht and Pohl. We have always been very satisfied and know our animals are in good hands. Even in difficult times, when an animal had to be euthanized, everyone was very accommodating and compassionate. Therefore, we can recommend this practice without reservation.

I'm angry and speechless about how this practice rips off its customers. I went there yesterday for the first time (and definitely the last time) because there was an emergency with my pet rat. My rat died in the waiting room; it stopped breathing a few minutes before the examination. The doctor wanted to "make sure" it was really dead, listened to its heartbeat for a moment, and confirmed death. I had to pay €20.15 for that!! I took my rat back with me, so there are no disposal costs or anything. I had to pay €20 for my pet to die in my arms in the waiting room!? Truly brazen and simply a customer rip-off!

We've been taking our Mali to this practice since she was a puppy and can highly recommend it. The entire team is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are available quickly, and special requests (health certificates for work, puppy introductions, etc.) are also accommodated. From vaccinations to the first teething problems, we've always felt well looked after. No reservations about the breed. Parking is available right outside the door.

We recently moved to the area and are very happy with our choice of veterinary practice. The fantastic team, wonderful atmosphere, and equally wonderful way they treat the animals make us highly recommend them. We feel that both our dogs are in very good hands.
