I'm furious and speechless about how this veterinary practice rips off its customers. I was there yesterday for the first time (and definitely the last) because of an emergency with my pet rat. My rat died in the waiting room; it stopped breathing a few minutes before the examination. The vet wanted to "make sure" it was really dead, listened to its heart for a moment, and confirmed its death. And then I had to pay €20.15 for that!! I took my rat home with me, so there are no disposal fees or anything like that. I had to pay €20 for my pet to die in my arms in the waiting room?! It's truly outrageous and simply a rip-off!

We recently moved to the area and are very happy with our choice of veterinary practice. The fantastic team, wonderful atmosphere, and equally wonderful way they treat the animals make us highly recommend them. We feel that both our dogs are in very good hands.

We've been taking our Malinois to this veterinary practice since he was a puppy and can highly recommend it. The entire team is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are readily available, and even special requests (health certificates for work, introductory visits for the puppy, etc.) are accommodated. From vaccinations to the first "childhood illnesses," we've always felt well cared for. There are no reservations about the breed. Parking is available right outside.

First off, I can't judge the doctors' abilities. The three-star deduction is for the thirty-minute wait beyond the scheduled appointment time. It wasn't an emergency; after a 20-minute wait, I was given a form to fill out while the next patient was seen. Therefore, one star is for the practice being open as advertised, and another for the waiting area and the parking lot directly in front of the entrance.
