Several veterinarians (even before I owned the horse) failed to mention that the mare still had wolf teeth, which was why bits hurt her and likely the reason for her "bad habits." Calm, loving, and competent treatment.

Competent, kind to the dog, and extremely realistic and pleasant when it comes to weighing one treatment method against another. What I find particularly pleasant is that she takes the time to explain the diagnosis and the background to it, and is NOT annoyed when asked about the details of the medical history. I sometimes wish that were the case with my own doctors, too!
