I can only report positive experiences. After my call on Friday evening, I was able to bring my dog to his practice immediately. He really had a lot of work to do, stitching and treating his bite wounds. I am very grateful to Mr. Schwarzer for helping us so quickly, even though he doesn't know us. Our dog was very ill and the emergency vet service was unreachable. Mr. Schwarzer was available and, after we explained the situation, he completely changed his personal plans to treat her. Seriously, I took my dog to him and they said it was 90% likely to be a broken hip, but today we were at the vet clinic and they said he's perfectly healthy. Hmmm, honestly, such a huge misdiagnosis and then to get paid for it is truly appalling. That's why I'd give him no stars at all, a 6 out of 10.
