This clinic was fantastic! My cat broke her leg on a Sunday, they immediately did an X-ray and operated on her the same day! We could take her home that same evening. Everything went very fast and proficient, all the explanations were very clear and complete and all our questions were answered. We still have to go to follow-up visits, but so far I can only recommend this place ❤ thank you!

After many pointless appointments at our local vet in Hamburg (not out of unwillingness to help, they just didn't have any experience with our dogs disease and kept mis-diagnosing him) we ended up in Norderstedt in the middle of the night a couple of times with our puppy close to dying. Every time their emergency team managed to bring him out of his comas. We are super grateful for their service. They were the only ones able to give our pup a correct diagnose (liver shunt) and a proper protocol to medically manage him until surgery. The service is not cheap. Each visit has been roughly 1.500eur - but they never gave us any reason to feel like they were trying to milk away our money. The staff is extremely reliable and even made themselves available through e-mail for consulting many, many times, without us paying a cent extra. I'm very sorry for all the ones that had bad experiences with the clinic, but we just wanted to make sure people knew there definitely are great professionals working there.

We went through our most difficult moments here, and in the end we had to let our beloved boy, "Rostam" to go peacefully. The whole team did everything possible to diagnose his illness with the utmost care. The doctors and staff were incredibly supportive, and we were deeply touched by their kindness, compassion, and empathy. Their dedication made an unbearable moment a little more bearable, and we are truly grateful.

We are happy that we found here after our dog back problem ( degenerative disk disease) They followed perfect procedure even we came without appointment. Since our dog’s situation did not require emergency priority, they suggested pain killer and rest for the 5 days. Then we came for MRT. And they always gave the option if we don’t want to , we can cancel it in last minutes. I hope we would never need to come back here but i can definitely recommend them.

Dear vet and nurse helped our poor cat with potential bladder blockage on a sunday evening. They were rofessional, caring and understanding, and took time to explain and calm us. They also both speak good English
