Very nice to us and our cat. Affordable fees as well.
Up until now, I've been quite satisfied, apart from a few minor issues, but not anymore. The woman on the phone was very unfriendly and explicitly stated that they are the last veterinary practice in all of Norderstedt and therefore couldn't give me an appointment anytime soon. She claimed I had missed my last appointment. When I asked her when that was supposed to have been, she said she didn't know, but she was 100% sure... If I missed the appointment, I must have called, since I was stuck in traffic and would have been about 10 minutes late, but her colleague turned me away, even though I still always have to wait. Ultimately, I got a new appointment and went. The examination itself wasn't always thorough. Anyway, I now have a new practice for my four-legged friend!
A very kind veterinarian. I was able to get an appointment quickly for my pet and didn't have to wait long. A thorough medical history was taken, and treatment was started immediately. The price is unbeatable. I will definitely recommend this practice.
I took my very sick dog to the substitute vet on Friday afternoon because I was afraid something might happen over the weekend. He was examined, and she didn't notice anything wrong, even though he has a heart condition. Instead, she handed me some pills, saying that they would keep his condition perfectly regulated. I was a little calmer then. That night, my dog finally collapsed and gasped for air. At the animal hospital, they had to euthanize him. His entire abdomen was full of fluid. I cannot recommend the substitute vet.
