The best vet we've ever had. You can call anytime and schedule an appointment. Our cat was diagnosed with a food intolerance, while other veterinary clinics simply performed repeated surgeries on her.

We debated for a long time whether to write anything here... We would have preferred to give zero stars. The vet used to be excellent, which is why we trusted her implicitly. However, she made serious mistakes, which were subsequently confirmed by two other vets. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to reach her, so the issues couldn't be resolved immediately. Instead, we were told to come back again so she could bill us again. She wasn't at all surprised that the sick animal wasn't present when it was supposed to be examined again. It's a shame that we had to have the animal euthanized elsewhere that same day... After further vet visits, due to misdiagnosis and misjudgment by Ms. Haase, who had deemed everything fine that morning. Which, according to the other vet, was no longer the case, and urgent action should have been taken immediately that morning. In the evening, the aforementioned other vet referred us directly to the animal hospital as an absolute emergency, which was unfortunately far too late. This review will not bring our beloved family member back...

I must also say, she's a super competent and loving veterinarian, I can highly recommend her 💪🐶❤️💪 In my opinion, 5 stars aren't enough, so I'm adding 2 more stars ☺️

I've never met such a wonderful and caring veterinarian. We are so happy to be taking our two cats to her practice. Even in emergencies, she was quick to respond and helped us. Thank you so much for everything, Ms. Haase!
