The vet gave me a brief and competent telephone consultation in an emergency, which helped me a lot. Having been in this situation before, I know that many vets invite you in first and then offer tests that aren't really helpful in this specific case. I really appreciated his honesty, and of course, he couldn't charge for the phone call.

I think Dr. Gross is fantastic. We had our cat neutered, and everything went smoothly. His prices are very reasonable, and he's not just after the money. Another vet wanted three times as much for microchipping, and the same goes for neutering – she wanted much more. Dr. Gross's prices are really affordable. I hope he stays with us for a long time. I felt very uncomfortable because my puppy was frightened and squealing due to the rough handling. The vet then told me I was holding him incorrectly and not asserting myself. He also said I was spoiling my puppy by giving him treats to create a positive association with the visit. The practice's ambiance is also rather dated and dark. I cannot recommend this vet.

Ordered for 10 a.m., waited until 11 a.m., and then sent home because "I was too impatient, it could cause problems in the future." 1 hour drive and 1 hour in the waiting room, all for nothing. My little pet thanks you for the stress! So if you DON'T want to feel comfortable and don't care about your pet's well-being, this is the right place. Never experienced anything like this before and encountered so little empathy... They don't take any of your needs into consideration here. Animals in, animals out, and goodbye!

Anyone who cares about their pet should avoid this man; he's rude, only after money, and it shows. The animal is in very bad shape, but first he's on the phone in the next room for 20 minutes.
