The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I was able to get an appointment the same day without a telephone call. Being new to the area I was very nervous to take my dog to a new vet. They treated me and my pet like we'd been coming there for years. They were able to diagnose and provide medication for my pet within 30 minutes. I felt very comfortable. They take the time to answer any questions you have. Sehr zufrieden mit dieser Praxis, immer gut aufgehoben. Kompentent und freundlich. Gerne empfehle ich diese Praxis hier weiter.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Nihan Hönemann. She took a lot of time for my older cat, Nala, and carefully tailored the treatment plan to her current situation. I especially appreciated that allergies, gastrointestinal issues, dietary changes, and medication tolerance were all considered together. The entire practice team and Dr. Richter are also wonderful. Everyone is always very dedicated and attentive, and they stay in touch with us if Nala isn't feeling well. You feel like your pet is being taken seriously and is in good hands. In a panic, we called this vet late on a Friday, and they were incredibly accommodating. They spoke English and got us in right away. The staff were very kind and attentive, providing Daisy with the care she needed. Truly grateful for their help! Highly recommend! 🐾
