Wonderful and helpful staff! They are the best!

I am not happy with the overall service I received. The vets were not really patient with my cat. My cat started to be scared of going to the vet, which was not the case before. I asked for a skin and overall check, which was not done thoroughly (it lasted 3min, without doing any skin check), but I was charged for. Overall too expensive for the service that I was offered. They even charged me for the microchip scan, which I did not ask for. Probably not going back any time soon.

The practice makes a generally well-organized and friendly impression. The team is attentive, helpful, and works efficiently without seeming rushed. Even in difficult situations, you are taken seriously and treated with respect. When our dog was euthanized, the veterinarian was calm, clear, and extremely considerate. She explained each step clearly and ensured that everything was as stress-free as possible—for our dog and for us. Thank you.

I was delighted to get an appointment so quickly to help my cat. However, I wasn't so pleased with how I, as the owner, was treated. My cat's problems were ignored, and instead, I was told everything I needed to do, none of which would solve the problems.
