I find the nurses unfriendly and very unenthusiastic. Especially when you come in as a substitute and there aren't any regular patients there.

I might be a little biased because it's my father's practice, but I still want to share my honest experience. What I particularly appreciate about this practice is the incredibly calm, patient, and warm way the dentist treats patients. He takes a lot of time, especially with children and patients with dental anxiety, and explains everything clearly and without pressure. My partner, for example, is very anxious and actually feels truly comfortable there for the first time. I'd also like to emphasize the very low-pain treatments; this makes a huge difference and greatly reduces the fear of the dentist. The practice is also modernly equipped, and you can tell that they make an effort to use new technologies when they truly benefit the patients. The team is also friendly, competent, and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice, especially for people who don't usually enjoy going to the dentist.
