Unfortunately, we have to give this veterinarian one star, even though she should have her license revoked. She was on call today and we had to consult her due to a serious emergency (poisoned bait) involving our dog. During our initial phone call, she said she didn't have the capacity because there were three other dogs in the waiting room. She was sorry, but it wasn't possible. After trying to find someone else, but realizing she was covering for our regular vet and our dog's condition worsened, we called again and said we had to go see her. Dr. Weber shouted into the phone that she was overwhelmed and couldn't see us. When we asked if we were supposed to let our dog die, she shouted again about being overwhelmed. She said she would just refer us elsewhere anyway. We understand that the practice might have been busy today and the stress level was high, but we cannot comprehend how someone like that is allowed to practice. We finally found a great veterinary clinic in Switzerland where our dog received the right help in time.
My cockatiel broke the soft tissue of his beak in an accident, and I desperately searched for veterinarians who also treat pet birds. With just one phone call, Ms. Weber gave me an appointment for the same day! Fantastic! Even though many vets aren't accepting new clients anymore. She treated my cockatiel well and gave him the necessary medication. Although I was initially surprised and taken aback that she wanted to give him an injection right away, she calmly explained why it was important! That reassured me. The little guy is active and doing well again. Thank you so much for the spontaneous appointment just before her closing time! 🙏🏼
Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star, otherwise this woman wouldn't get any from me. I strongly advise everyone to avoid her. We went to her emergency clinic on Saturday and were surprised by an extremely grumpy and rude veterinarian. We hadn't been able to reach anyone by phone beforehand, so we went straight there. Our dog had torn a claw and it was bleeding, which, in her opinion, unfortunately wasn't an "emergency." We were told to decide for ourselves whether it was one or not. After all, she wasn't a "walk-in emergency clinic." When we asked if we weren't welcome and should leave, she replied that she didn't care. Fifteen minutes of discussion for a procedure that took exactly two minutes. Animal welfare is clearly not her top priority. Extremely disappointing!
Fantastic veterinarian! Very empathetic and highly competent!
A very kind and understanding veterinarian! Despite our late arrival, she was totally relaxed and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable and will definitely come back! 🐶🐱
