Do I always need to make an appointment in advance?

Please always make an appointment by phone before every visit, as the practice operates strictly by appointment. This ensures that sufficient time can be planned for each little patient and waiting times in the waiting room are kept to a minimum.

Where exactly is the practice located and how do I find the entrance?

The practice is located at Waldstrasse 1 in the Berlin district of Reinickendorf (on the grounds of Reinickes Hof). Since the practice entrance itself does not have an official house number, simply look out for the entrance to Reinickes Hof – this makes the practice impossible to miss.

What is the procedure in case of a medical emergency?

In the event of an acute emergency, you should if possible notify the practice by phone beforehand so the team can prepare for your pet's arrival. For emergencies outside regular consultation hours, specific emergency services and surrounding veterinary clinics in Berlin are listed on the website.

Appointments are kept reliably. They call back if I don't block my number. My cat has had bladder problems for years; here he received a very thorough examination and was helped, even though it involved many tests.

Empathetic, caring, competent, clean, fair pay, and many years of experience. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended for appointments on short notice. Very rarely a full waiting room, as appointments are scheduled. Friendly and prompt callback service. THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE!!!
