I tried to schedule an appointment to have my cat neutered and they refused to make an appointment without first inspecting the animal. The cat is healthy and was last seen by a vet two weeks ago for vaccinations and chipping. There is no explanation for requiring a consultation visit other than greed.

Very professional, solved a long standing issue in two sessions. A bit expensive, but that's just standard rates for medical care in Germany.

I couldn't treat the animal I brought there but I received the most helpful information and general support. Great staff, thank you!

We have taken our cats here for several vaccinations, routine check-ups and minor, acute issues. The cats are usually quite timid but they obviously feel very comfortable in the competent hands of the practice team. It is evident that the practice has lots of experience dealing with pets. They are also really friendly, English-speaking and answer all of our questions. A definite recommendation to other pet owners in Berlin.
