Yesterday we had an appointment with Dr. Behncke with our two cockatiels and were completely satisfied. Upon entering the practice, we received a very friendly welcome, and Dr. Behncke exceeded this friendliness. He was extremely professional, which immediately gave us the feeling that he was a true expert in his field. Furthermore, he was very personable and humorous, which made the overall atmosphere more relaxed. We were particularly impressed by how much time he spent with our animals and how lovingly he treated them. Dr. Behncke explained all possible treatment options openly and transparently, including the costs involved. We felt he received excellent advice and left the practice with a good feeling. It's not easy to find a competent veterinarian specializing in birds in our area. We therefore appreciate all the more that Dr. Behncke is willing to travel to various locations to meet the needs of the region and that he also practices in Steinen every two weeks. We were particularly impressed by Dr. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Behncke specifically asked us again whether we were satisfied with the treatment and his advice. This additional attention further strengthened our trust. We are very impressed by his professional competence and friendly manner and grateful for the excellent advice and the short notice.
