My dog almost died after going to this vet. My poodle had surgery to remove a fat lump and clean his teeth. However, about an hour after he came home he suffered extreme and bloody diarrhea. We took him to an emergency clinic where he had to be treated for 2 days to recover. He has had surgery before with no issues, yet at this vet he almost died. I have since spoken to the manager of the clinic who took the time to apologize for what happened, which I appreciate. I had not previously had issues with this clinic, and this was likely an isolated incident. However, it was simply too serious not to comment on.
I like that praxis. We were coming several times with our cat. We got chip, vaccinations, x-rays when she was pregnant and cesarian operation. One week ago we brought our girl with her kittens for vaccinations and it was also successful and professional. The only thing if you are late( even 5 minutes) it can very well be that your waiting time increases!
Appointment at 3pm. Dogs everywhere, at least 4 if not 5 just waiting outside. Inside there were 4 people waiting to see the receptionist and more arriving all the time. After about 10 minutes I managed to get a hold of her and register my presence. Back outside to wait. Some 40 minutes after the time of the original appointment I saw the vet. Vet was ok. So be prepared for a long wait
Kleintierpraxis am Park, especially Dr. Lea Schütz, Dr. Schmitt, and Dr. Schiffmann, provided exceptional care and attention for our cat during her final days. Their understanding and extra care touched us deeply. We are incredibly grateful for their compassion and dedication. Highly recommended.
Everybody who is working there is really kind and helpful also the doctors are really good at in their jobs
