Dr. Helge Behncke

Yesterday we had an appointment with Dr. Behncke for our two cockatiels and were completely satisfied. We received a very friendly welcome upon entering the practice, and Dr. Behncke surpassed even this friendliness. He was extremely professional, which immediately gave us the feeling that he is a true expert in his field. Furthermore, he was very personable and humorous, which made the entire atmosphere more relaxed. We were particularly impressed by how much time he dedicated to our birds and how lovingly he treated them. Dr. Behncke explained all possible treatment options to us openly and transparently, including the associated costs. We felt we received excellent advice and left the practice with a good feeling. It's not easy to find a competent veterinarian specializing in birds in our area. We appreciate all the more that Dr. Behncke is willing to travel to different locations to meet the needs of the region and that he also practices in Steinen every two weeks. We found it particularly positive that Dr. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Behncke specifically asked if we were satisfied with the treatment and his advice. This extra attention further strengthened our trust.
