I had my cat neutered by Dr. Bessette due to cryptorchidism. Unfortunately, the operation was unsuccessful: the undescended testicle could not be removed, a fact I only learned afterward. Furthermore, I wasn't informed before the procedure that it was possible the undescended testicle wouldn't be located, thus preventing complete castration. My cat's behavior hasn't changed even months later, necessitating another procedure – which Dr. Bessette herself refuses to perform. I was only referred to a specialized clinic after the operation. As a pet owner, this was a very disappointing experience.

I visited the practice for the first time a few months ago with my cat. I was very satisfied; we got an appointment quickly, the doctor was very friendly, and explained everything well. My pet felt comfortable (he didn't bite or scratch as I feared). Even the surgery costs were much lower than at some other practices. I visited the practice again today; I was allowed to stop by and pick up some medication (again with excellent advice!). My cat and I will definitely be back.

We got an appointment for our cat very quickly. We received fast and excellent help! Our little tiger was feeling better in no time! We are very satisfied and can highly recommend this veterinary practice!

Unsympathetic. I don't know if it's right to be afraid of dogs. They also showed no interest in our animal. 2 stars because the price for the medication and "check-up" was OK.
