Deserves more than 5 stars. I've rarely met such a caring veterinarian. I got an appointment right away. The veterinary assistant was also very nice. I was there today with my Katy (cockatiel). He helped her a lot. Thank you, Dr. Koch. Until next time. Highly recommended.

Humanly speaking… I'm speechless… I'm contacting them because of an emergency with our dog. The greeting alone, and the reason I was there, was appalling… Unfortunately, our dog died on the way there. Of course, the vet can't be held responsible for that… But… My wife arrived at the vet's office 5 minutes after me. The greeting was, "If you belong to the deceased dog…" And then: "Would you please pack up the deceased dog, as the next patient is arriving shortly?" Unfortunately, I can't comment on the vet's work since we were referred there by the emergency service.

A very friendly team, with open ears for the concerns of mankind's one true friends. My impression – no unnecessary measures are taken if there's no need for them. Excellent.
