Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the vet because, thanks to the lovely lady on the phone, I didn't manage to get there. When I tried to explain the problem with my little kitten, I was interrupted with the words "Get to the point!" and condescending laughter. She then asked me where I lived, and when I answered, she started laughing again and said that if I couldn't be there within the next 10 minutes (which was completely impossible for me), there was nothing she could do for me. "Then you can surely make it tomorrow morning." I had tried to explain to her that I couldn't wait "until tomorrow morning," but because of her constant rude interruptions, she obviously didn't understand the problem (or didn't want to). This vet might be the best in the world, but thanks to that awful woman on the phone, I won't be going there.

Truly a great help and very friendly in dealing with patients and their owners. Definitely recommendable.

I asked for an appointment as soon as possible because my cat is deteriorating, vomiting, and not eating. She's had this problem for about 10 years. She received a booster injection and has been doing well since then. The nurse on the phone said that if the cat is 14 years old, it's time to die. I didn't get an appointment for another ten days. This nurse is definitely out of place. My cat has recovered well thanks to an early appointment with another vet.

Good vet and honest person! I can only thank him again and again for his honest words! He is honest and direct, as every person should be. He doesn't beat around the bush but calls everything by its name. Thank you so much for that! The team at the practice is also friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, it's often stressful, and therefore there's hardly any time for questions, but ultimately, it's also because this vet is in high demand and busy.

Without being able to judge Mr. Quedenfeldt's performance, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and seemed annoyed. This contact is, after all, the first point of contact with the practice. I doubt one can get anywhere with her. This isn't the first time one has read such negative feedback. It's a shame about the experience with the doctor, as he comes highly recommended by many people.
