A highly competent team of specialists. Very friendly. In my opinion, the examination was very thorough, and everything that would be done was explained precisely. The practice is very clean, and they adhere to strict hygiene standards. We had an appointment, which was arranged as quickly as possible. Parking is a bit limited. I highly recommend this practice.

Yesterday, I took my cat to Dr. Bienek and her team, and like the previous reviewers, I can only say good things! The treatment seemed clearly and solely focused on my pet's well-being, far removed from any profit motive. The veterinarian and the two assistants were very friendly and gentle with my beloved pet. We felt well cared for and treated. Thank you!

Yesterday, in the middle of the night, we found a hedgehog in distress, clearly in poor health. After a quick and incredibly kind phone call—also in the dead of night—we were able to take him to Dr. Kopperschmidt. She was immediately available and acted swiftly and expertly. He's already feeling better and will soon be released back into the wild. Thank you for your help! This assistance has been a great relief and eased our worries considerably.
