We have been patients of this practice for many years, and yesterday Dr. Atsuko Fujita neutered my cat, Kömür. She is an exceptionally loving, gentle, and animal-loving veterinarian—exactly what you would want for your pet. Her calm demeanor, empathy, and excellent medical care always give us a feeling of security and confidence. The aftercare was exemplary once again. We received comprehensive advice and always felt we were in the best hands. A heartfelt thank you also to Dr. Sandra Sieber for her wonderful support and consistently friendly and caring manner. This practice is definitely a 10 out of 10 for me!

A fantastic veterinary practice; we feel very comfortable there and our two dogs are in excellent hands. They offer short-notice appointments, straightforward medication ordering, and emergency care. Medical procedures are clearly explained and performed when necessary, and we always feel confident when we take our dogs there.

The receptionist on the phone was very stressed and unfriendly. The doctor of Asian descent is genuinely very friendly, competent, and helpful. Dr. Haberkern usually seems rushed but appears to possess extensive expertise. Unfortunately, the only male doctor on the team doesn't speak German, making communication nearly impossible. Waiting times are rather long, and the doctor is difficult to reach by phone. All in all, after several visits, the experience has been rather disappointing.
