Top vet! She's competent, friendly, helpful, and always available, even without an appointment. She's knowledgeable about birds, which isn't something every vet can offer, and she listens attentively and isn't condescending. I'm happy to take my animals to her. Her prices are also perfectly reasonable. I highly recommend her.

Definitely a very good veterinarian. Her diagnoses and treatments have always been correct so far. Sure, the practice could be nicer and more modern, but what good is the most beautiful building if the treatment goes wrong? Competence is more important to me, and therefore I think it's in the animals' best interest when Ms. Laabs refers animals to specialists when, for whatever reason, she can't provide the treatment herself. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
