We've been going to Ms. Elvers with our cats for several years now and feel in excellent hands there. Our cat, Yaku, was a bit of a "problem child" from the start, and we'd been to several vets and even the animal hospital without receiving any real help. Thankfully, everything has changed with Ms. Elvers: Thanks to her expertise and experience, Yaku is now in top shape, and our second cat, Yuki, is also in the best hands with her. She always takes her time, makes the right diagnoses, and you can tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to her. Appointments are never a problem either—whether it's an emergency or a regular visit, we always get something done promptly, and even if the waiting room is full, she still squeezes us in. The prices are absolutely fair and reasonable. She's also incredibly kind as a person—just like her husband and the entire team. We couldn't think of a better vet!
Our little cat suddenly became very ill, and after several phone calls, we came across this practice. We were able to get an appointment very quickly, on the same day, and it was clearly explained to us over the phone that new patients have to pay their bills in cash, which I completely understand. We have now visited Dr. Elvers and her practice several times in a very short period. She and her team examined our cat thoroughly and took the right steps so that he was feeling better after just a few days. We always felt very comfortable, as Dr. Elvers explained everything to us very clearly, and she was always able to answer our questions well and precisely. After the treatments, we decided to change our veterinarian and are now patients of Dr. Elvers. I recommend that every cat owner consult Dr. Elvers in case of any problems. And everyone should have some cash on hand, regardless of the practice's understandable prepayment requirement. Anyone complaining about the supposedly high prices here has apparently never been to the Veterinary University of Hanover (TiHo), which requires ALL costs to be paid in advance. Thanks.
In my opinion, Ms. Elvers is the best veterinarian. We've been to several different veterinarians due to relocations, but Ms. Elvers' advice and treatment are by far the best. She was also the first vet to diagnose my dog with folic acid and B12 deficiencies, something other veterinarians had never properly investigated. I highly recommend her practice to everyone!☺️
Today we had to drop in with our little Jack Russell mix as an emergency. The treatment and the vet were excellent; we felt very well cared for. They took plenty of time and explained everything thoroughly. We'll gladly stay here.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Elvers. She is incredibly friendly and competent, and you can immediately tell that she loves her job and brings a wealth of experience to it. Everything is explained calmly and thoroughly, and you simply feel that you and your animals are in good hands. Appointments are easy to get, and the opening hours are really convenient; she's even there on Saturdays and sometimes until 8 p.m. during the week. She also manages to squeeze in emergencies, which I personally appreciate very much. I'd also like to say a few words about the costs: Many people seem to forget everything that goes into running a veterinary practice: rent, electricity, staff, equipment, medications, etc. These things cost money. And if you love your animals, good treatment should be worth it. I definitely feel that my animals are in excellent hands with Ms. Elvers.
