We got an appointment for our injured cat the same day we called and didn't have to wait a second. The assistant is very nice on the phone and even nicer and more attentive in the office. The doctor is very empathetic and competent, explains everything she's doing in a way that even laypeople can understand. You feel incredibly well looked after with your four-legged friend – I highly recommend her.

Ten years ago, we ended up here with our cat, for whom every vet visit had been a huge stress until then, thanks to a recommendation. What a blessing! Since then, our cat – he's now 20 years old – has been climbing into his carrier with ease whenever we hear, "We're going to see the lovely vet today." A friendly and competent veterinary practice! My dog ​​is much less anxious here than at other vets, and I feel very well cared for. The waiting room is also usually quiet, which makes visits much less stressful. Appointments are always kept on time. I'm very satisfied! Update June 2022: I also feel very well cared for with my second dog. During the puppy stage, I was allowed to visit more often to create a positive association with the practice. We would go in, he would get something to sniff around, and then we would leave without anything happening. Now, at almost four years old, he really enjoys going to the vet, which is simply wonderful :)

I've been taking my dachshund here for years, and it was the same with my previous dog. Every problem is solved, the dog isn't afraid, and you can always get an appointment quickly.
