I, Elke GREINER, am overjoyed and incredibly grateful for the dental surgery my dog, Kira, received from Dr. Eva Vilits. Kira had suddenly developed dental problems. The unavoidable surgery was a complete success. Thanks to the friendly, competent, and experienced veterinarian, Dr. Eva Vilits, Kira can now live pain-free. Before the surgery, Dr. Vilits explained exactly what she would be doing and what the aftercare would entail. She also took the time to answer my questions and reassure me. Upon entering the very clean and modern practice, you immediately feel at home. It is located in the former "Josef Krainer House" in the Andritz district of Graz. The team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I felt I was in good hands and could rely on the best possible care for Kira. A word to all dog owners: If your pet has dental problems, don't hesitate to contact Dr. Eva Vilits. You are in very good hands with her and her team.

I searched for a really long time for a veterinarian who could help me with my problem. I had previously been to several other vets, but unfortunately, none of them really had a clue what we could do. So I'm all the more relieved to have finally found someone here who takes the time to examine the symptoms and work with me to find a solution. I'd especially like to emphasize the incredibly good communication. Everything was explained to me so clearly and calmly that, as a layperson, I always felt well taken care of – I've rarely experienced that. You can tell that they really care about making sure you truly understand what's going on with your pet. Even my dog, who is usually very anxious at the vet, was noticeably more relaxed here. The vet exudes a pleasant calmness that's immediately contagious – that really impressed me. Another thing I found very positive is that they don't just react when something is acute, but also think preventively. They address and take seriously potential future problems instead of just treating symptoms in the short term. I am truly grateful to have finally landed here, and I can highly recommend this practice.

A truly friendly, dedicated, warm, and above all, competent team. I immediately felt comfortable when I arrived and we had our initial conversations. Unfortunately, my rabbit wasn't in good condition, and the diagnosis was correspondingly serious, but I received excellent information from two veterinarians. They explained all the images to me in detail and also outlined treatment options. Because I was so upset, I wasn't able to properly thank them for their work, and I'd like to do so now.
