Today we had the mobilVet team visit our home for the first time. We "only" wanted to have our dog's nails trimmed and her anal glands checked, but we also received incredibly friendly and competent advice and answers to all our questions. ❤️ Our dog, who initially complained about the "newcomers," immediately gained confidence thanks to their loving approach and cooperated (almost) calmly. Apart from the additional travel costs, the price was the same as at other veterinary practices. We will definitely continue using the mobilVet team. Thank you for making vet visits so relaxed and uncomplicated. 🤗 Update: Scheduling an appointment is also extremely easy and very friendly. I called yesterday and got an appointment for today immediately. Thank you!

Since I travel a lot for work, a mobile veterinary service was initially very appealing to my wife and me. However, during the first appointment, additional services were recommended and performed, which raised the question for us of whether they were medically necessary and whether our kitten would even tolerate them. Examinations that we specifically requested (e.g., a comprehensive ultrasound) were not performed, on the grounds that they were "not necessary." The situation became problematic when we wanted to obtain a previously prescribed medication, and my wife was refused, told that another house call would be required. We couldn't understand why dispensing the medication was not possible. When I called to inquire, the staff member became very emotional and didn't let me finish speaking. A promised callback from a veterinarian never came. On a positive note, I would like to emphasize that we had significantly different experiences with another PetMobil veterinary service in Graz, as well as with the Arche Noah veterinary clinic, particularly regarding communication and aftercare. Overall, we were left with the impression that organizational and economic aspects played a stronger role than we would have liked in this situation.

I am so grateful! It was an incredibly wonderful experience! From the first phone call to saying goodbye in person the next day, it was professional, very warm, and so kind—to my (grumpy) Tiger and to me!!!
