I don't know why it says "open 24/7"... it's closed!!! And my cat is sick!! And a taxi costs 20 euros just there... thanks!!!!

I had an emergency with our dog as he was bitten in the evening. According to the internet, the clinic was open until midnight, but when we arrived it was closed. Someone was walking around inside with a flashlight when I rang the bell, but no one answered.
Very nice doctor. Duck is healthy again!
Why advertise that you're open until midnight if nobody's there? You can't even reach anyone by phone ☹️ It's outrageous!
Dr. Steininger is incompetent, he does not show up for scheduled appointments, is afraid of horses, clumsy and rude.
