Als ich Holly zu Ihnen brachte, war sie sehr krank und ich hatte große Angst um ihr Leben. Sie hatten jedoch die richtige Diagnose gestellt und sofort mit der Behandlung begonnen. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die hervorragende Betreuung, die Holly von Ihnen erhalten hat. Sie haben sich sehr um sie gekümmert und alles getan, um ihr zu helfen. Ich weiß, dass ich oft nervig und schwierig war, aber Sie haben mich immer geduldig und freundlich behandelt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Herrn Kogler, der sich sehr um Holly gekümmert hat und immer für uns da war. Seine Kompetenz und Fürsorge haben mir sehr geholfen und ich bin ihm sehr dankbar. They managed to fit me in for an appointment for my sickly geriatric cat when my cat's veterinarian went on vacation without giving me any follow-up information for my poor sick kitty! The vet and technicians were all great dealing with my kitty. The vet was also awesome at explaining and showing me exactly how to administer eye drops! Would definitely reccomend!
The personelle was very nice and very professional. The only thing that I had a problem with was the waiting time took a long time even though I had an appointment already set in place.
