Definitely too expensive. The staff and vets are nice, but that's to be expected at these prices! Beware, even though they are the pet's "regular vet," they charge a prescription fee (€5) for prescriptions that are repeatedly incomplete or incorrect. These prescription fees are voluntary and not regulated by the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT), but it's obvious they're doing everything they can to make enough money. Tip: Other vets in the area are a bit cheaper and don't charge exorbitant fees for a copy-pasted prescription! Two stars because the staff were always friendly before.

My cat (an outdoor cat) injured his leg the day before Christmas. I received very friendly and thorough advice over the phone beforehand, and he was able to be treated that same day. I also received a comprehensive consultation at the clinic and was informed about the costs and risks of the treatment – ​​very transparent and competent! During his visit, it became clear to me that all processes are geared towards the animal's well-being, and my cat remained relaxed the entire time. That's what I call truly humane treatment! I am very grateful for the help in my time of need. Absolutely recommended! 💕

I've rarely encountered such a wonderful veterinarian. She truly takes her time, conducts thorough examinations, and explains everything in detail and in an easy-to-understand way. From the very beginning, you feel taken seriously and immediately realize that the animals' well-being is her top priority. She is very friendly, calm, and competent. The staff at the practice are also incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. The entire atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. Furthermore, the prices are absolutely fair and perfectly reasonable for the comprehensive care and time you receive. You truly feel well cared for there. Highly recommended.

I thank the staff of this veterinary practice from the bottom of my heart for helping us ease our little boy's final journey in their beautiful setting. On a Friday, we were told that our boy would soon die, and we were advised to have him euthanized on Monday after one last weekend together. Sadly, our Paulie couldn't hold on. On Saturday, we called the practice half an hour before closing time, and they generously allowed us to come in, even though we had no prior experience with them. They quickly calmed him down and gave us time to say goodbye. The price would have been fair even if it had been twice as high. The team at this practice has truly big hearts.
