I'm only reviewing the assistant here because I couldn't get an appointment. I called Monday morning and asked for an appointment on Wednesday, because the website says two days' notice is sufficient. Our dog has been to Ms. Lück several times before. She's a 16.5-year-old Golden Retriever and has been sick since the weekend, and we wanted to take her to the vet. The assistant on the phone was very unfriendly and curtly said, "It's not possible this week." So I called another vet.

We've been taking our dog to Dr. Lück for 15 years and are VERY satisfied. She's a competent doctor who takes time with the animals! Thanks also to the hard-working assistants, who are always kind and helpful.

Dr. Lück is a veterinarian with a great sense of compassion and empathy. Your pet is in good hands with her, and the owner is also well-informed and advised. She always has a sympathetic ear. You feel comfortable with her and not left alone. Her assistants are friendly and supportive. I'm glad I found her and would go to her again whenever I need medical attention. I've used her help many times and thank her sincerely for everything she's done for us.

Friendly team, competent veterinarian who, I think, is very good at explaining things. I feel well looked after at the practice and my dog is well cared for.

We visited Dr. Lück for the first time today, as we've moved from Cologne to Osnabrück. I can recommend her with a clear conscience. A doctor with a heart. Very authentic and competent. I felt truly comfortable and well looked after with my dog ​​(even if he wasn't entirely enthusiastic). ^^
