I've been going to Dr. Klingenberg for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. She handles the animals well, and you get the feeling that she loves animals and is extremely knowledgeable in her field and behaves professionally. Furthermore, she doesn't try to take advantage of clients or suggest treatment options that would only benefit her financially. She always has the animals' well-being in mind.

Don't let your animals be treated here! The good woman drinks champagne every day. If you come late in the evening, you might have noticed that she sometimes can't utter complete and meaningful sentences. If you don't believe it, just smell her coffee cup or look inside. The operating table is an old wooden table, which, for example, is placed on two buckets during a castration to ensure the animal is in the correct position. Hygiene is absolutely non-existent. The surgical towels that are supposed to be sterile are actually dishcloths. Dogs that spend the night there after surgery would be better off anywhere in the world. She doesn't care about the animals' pain. Animals are placed in crates after surgery and ignored until around noon the next day. Which is sometimes very sad, since animals repeatedly die due to this neglect (and they save €50 for that?). Mrs. Klingenberg may be cheaper than others, but that has a NEGATIVE impact on your animal.

In my opinion, she's the best vet in Jena! Always friendly, incredibly kind to the animals, and she really knows her stuff. Her prices are also perfectly reasonable. We always love coming back!

A very competent and friendly veterinarian with short waiting times, as patients are seen one after the other. She also distracted my cat very well during his vaccination and examined him very gently and calmly, so he wasn't scared at all. We are very satisfied :)

I've had absolutely no bad experiences at Dr. Klingenberg's practice. You usually don't have to wait long, as patients are seen promptly. She's always reachable by phone and has helpful advice. My little kitten felt comfortable with her from just a few weeks old and has never even noticed he's had a vaccination. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
