I came to the practice via the emergency service on December 31st - super friendly and competent!

I can highly recommend them, they're both incredibly nice! The vet really gives you the feeling that she wants to help and knows what she's doing!! They're so loving with our cat! 👍 We always get an appointment very quickly, usually the next day. In emergencies, we get an appointment the same day, although it naturally takes longer, but that's not a disadvantage. Thank you so much for your help!

I had already had bad experiences with Ms. Busdorf and was determined never to go back to her practice. I had brought in a guinea pig that wasn't eating due to dental problems. Ms. Busdorf only glanced briefly in its mouth and said the teeth looked fine, and that I should come back in a week. At the follow-up appointment, there was no thorough examination, no treatment – just another expensive bill. Out of concern, I finally took it to the veterinary clinic. There, they took x-rays and discovered that the teeth were completely crooked, everything was inflamed, and immediate surgery was necessary. If I had stayed with Ms. Busdorf, the guinea pig wouldn't have survived. Anyone who doesn't have the necessary expertise or equipment should be honest about it and not fake treatments at the animals' expense. Unfortunately, an emergency forced me back to her practice over the weekend, as she was on call. One of my guinea pigs was dangerously bloated. Two weeks earlier, I had experienced the same situation and had been to the emergency clinic at AniCura, where they were able to quickly help her with two injections. I even brought the original bill and repeatedly asked for similar treatment. But Ms. Busdorf refused, saying, "What worked last time might not work again," and ignored the fact that I already had a follow-up appointment to determine the cause. Instead of addressing the urgent need, she lectured me. My pet was simply given medication orally—even though it could barely swallow. After a long wait and a hefty bill, my guinea pig died a painful death that same night. In my opinion, this is not acting in the best interests of the animal, but rather negligent and irresponsible. It lacks not only competence but also empathy. Guinea pig owners should absolutely avoid this practice.

Unfortunately, we had to put our beloved Stinker to sleep, and Dr. Busdorf was incredibly supportive. He can now sleep, and we still drove home feeling relaxed. It was very pleasant. Thank you so much for that.
