We took our cat Olli to the veterinary practice and are simply grateful for the wonderful treatment. The entire team was incredibly empathetic, calm, and very loving in their handling of Olli – exactly what you hope for as a concerned pet owner. He was very, very ill. We were terrified for him; we thought he was going to die, but we received excellent advice and reassurance, and Olli was treated. Blood was drawn and sent for testing with incredible patience and care. As agreed, we received a call from the practice the next day with the results and the next steps. Thanks to the competent and caring treatment, he is doing really well again – he's full of energy, eating again, the inflammation in his mouth has improved significantly, and we truly feel we are in the best hands. It's a wonderful veterinary practice that we wholeheartedly recommend! Of course, every vet visit involves costs – that's perfectly normal and something everyone should be aware of before getting a pet. For us, it was absolutely worth it because we received the best possible medical care.

Our cat – who arrived today, just in time for the first Sunday of Advent, with a suddenly very swollen face – was treated promptly, competently, and with great care by Mr. Brauer. We (cat and humans) felt very well looked after, both on the phone and in person! If the journey from Jena weren't so far for the cats, we would definitely be happy to visit this practice more often.

Great team. I've been going there for 12 years and haven't regretted it. Our first dog had a serious heart condition, and even when there were no scheduled appointments, I was always allowed to come, which isn't something every vet does.

Yesterday I had to let my beloved dog go. In the 14 years we shared, I never met such an empathetic veterinarian, so incredibly compassionate yet still professional. I thank you most sincerely for your care and compassion. I felt well looked after and understood. Thank you for your honest words and for allowing me to let my beloved dog go with dignity and loving support.

I would give zero stars if I could, given this terrible, unfriendly, and completely irresponsible service. I took my heavily pregnant cat to the emergency vet, where they performed an ultrasound and X-ray, yet they still failed to recognize that my cat and her kittens were in acute danger. Aside from the fact that there were only two kittens and not "at least three or more," as the "veterinarian" told us—a misdiagnosis that is absolutely unacceptable in such a situation. Even worse, a desperately needed C-section wasn't seriously considered. Instead of helping my cat immediately, they wanted to send us to Leipzig or wait until Monday—a time when her kittens would already have died, which, unfortunately, is exactly what happened. Due to this misjudgment and inaction, all her kittens died. My cat suffered unnecessarily and almost died herself. This behavior is simply grossly negligent for an emergency service and demonstrates a shocking level of incompetence and indifference. Absolutely not recommended.
